There has been a Contract Modification made to Lot 2 Provision of Document Translation Services – All other languages. The Maximum value of the contract has been increased by €300,000 (Ex VAT). The Maximum contract value including extensions was €800,000 (Ex VAT). As the Maximum contract value has now increased by €300,000, the increased Maximum value including extensions is €1,100,000 (Ex VAT). This modification complies with Article 72 (1) (c) of SI 284 of 2016 which provides for the modification of contracts during their term where (i) the need for modification has been brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority could not have foreseen; and (ii) the modification does not alter the overall nature of the contract. This contract was completed on 30/6/2026.This notice changes an earlier one; the reason is as published.
