"Domestic Electricity Framework", contract award record on Declared (declared.ie), compiled from TED contract award notice 233114-2025. https://declared.ie/contracts/ted-233114-2025/domestic-electricity-framework. Data refreshed 12 October 2026.
Published records, not allegations. An award shows who a public body chose to buy from, as it published; it is not a payment and says nothing about how the supplier was chosen beyond what the notice states.
